@mothershipsg: The Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) has received 28 complaints from customers affected by True Fitness and True Yoga’s closure, according to a Facebook post by CASE president Melvin Yong. The losses amount to more than S$63,000 in unutilised memberships, packages, and services. The True Singapore Group operates 10 fitness and yoga outlets in Singapore under three brands: True Fitness, TFX and Yoga Edition. The company was placed under provisional liquidation effective Sep. 10, and all clubs have ceased operations with immediate effect. Yong said that CASE has reached out to the provisional liquidator and will continue to seek clarification on the arrangements for affected consumers. Consumers with unused memberships or prepaid packages with True Fitness or True Yoga can approach CASE for assistance at 6277 5100 or through its website: www.case.org.sg.
