I think the easiest way to escape depression is to start appreciating the little things you always ignored. Atleast you have a roof over your head. You’re alive, you’re not in the hospital. Just ease your mind of all stress and take things one at a time while praying for better days.

Faced alot. Lost both parents within 1yr 6mnths. Sold my properties to relocate to another state to start over. Was in your position all through last year till this year. Soaked in depression, always crying, couldn’t sleep, almost had high BP, Gf left me for another guy cus she saw i was drowning and confused. I faced it cus i realized absolutely nobody cares, and i don’t even have anybody to run to, no excuses. I kept on pushing. Rent even got due and almost sold the little i had and go squat but a friend assisted a bit at that period and i took a mad risk with it and the universe showed up and rewarded me recently in the unexpected time. All i have to say is just Alhamdullilah cus the losses almost made me commit sviclde but I always keep my hope alive. So bro, this is just a phase, keep hope alive, walai, e go be, ajeh. It can only get better. Believe 💪🏼💪🏼
