@the.gourmeg: TUNA AGUACHILE - For the ceviche fans. With Spring arriving, I’m craving something fresh, bright and zesty, so I made a tuna aguachile: a Mexican dish packed with fresh citrus, chilli and herbs, served it up with the NEW @Doritos Australia Scoops in Mexican Cheese flavour (now available in Woolworths). For the heat, I fire-roasted jalapeño until charred, then blended it with lime and coriander. It gives the citrusy tuna that smoky, spicy kick that makes every bite seriously addictive. These crunchy little Scoops are made for this kind of dish. Load them up with the fresh tuna, a little extra chilli and all those bright flavours for the perfect bite. Think of it as your ceviche’s spicy Mexican cousin… with a smoky kick and a crunchy, cheesy twist. #campfirerecipe #cookingoverfire #campingaustralia #ad #mexicanfoodrecipes
