Gen Z here (2003), I wasn’t born, but hearing about 9/11 and it bring chills to my soul. I remember back in 2019 of November, few days before thanksgiving parade, we went on a band trip and went to New York and saw the 9/11 memorial and the museum. I was surprised how massive it is when you compare to pictures. It brings me sad that this happened. I even had teachers, professors, parents and others telling me the story how they react to it and was really painful to hear or where to begin telling. My young sister and brother had the opportunity to go to New York for their st Patrick parade and they went as well to see the museum and brought tears to their eyes because they said they can feel it when you enter through the doors and through the museum. My band director told us before when they went, they can smell red liquid when approaching. It’s still sad to hear the loss from families and friends that happened to 9/11. I pray for their families and hoping to never forget
