The family business behind these famous dim sims dates all the way back to the 1940s, so these have been a Melbourne institution for generations and the ones at Costco are the same mega-sized dim sims you get at the market (seriously, they are HUGE!). They come in a 1.65kg box with 15 giant dim sims and there’s just something about the filling with that little hit of pepper that I really love.
