@retro_mehfil: Some people's feed is filled with trending reels, romantic edits and viral songs... Meanwhile, my feed decided to take me somewhere else entirely. Song in other's feed: "Lut Gaye" - a modern romantic ballad sung by Jubin Nautiyal, composed by Tanishk Bagchi and penned by Manoj Muntashir. Song in my feed: "Aankh Uthi Mohabbat Ne Angdayi Li" - in the timeless voice of Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Because while others are falling for trending melodies, I'm busy getting lost in a Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan mehfil. There's something about a timeless qawwali that hits differently. The poetry, the rhythm, the harmonium and the intensity in NFAK's voice - it doesn't just play in the background; it takes you somewhere else. "Aankh Uthi Mohabbat Ne Angdayi Li" beautifully captures that moment when a single gaze awakens love, the heart surrenders, and you're completely lost in the magic of the first meeting.
