@wellwithsaskia: Disclaimer: Everyone is different. What is healthy or supportive for me may not be appropriate for you. Nutrition and health advice should always be personalised to the individual. This content is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical or personalised nutritional advice. A healthy relationship with food doesn't have one specific look. For some people, healing their relationship with food might mean eating more consistently, letting go of food rules or allowing themselves to eat foods they once considered "bad." For someone else, it might look completely different. There is no universal definition of food freedom, intuitive eating or a healed relationship with food. Your relationship with food is influenced by your history, experiences, preferences, circumstances and individual nutritional needs And sometimes, what looks "healthy" from the outside can still feel restrictive on the inside. The goal isn't to copy someone else's version of recovery or follow another set of rules perfectly. It's to build a relationship with food that supports your physical health and your psychological wellbeing. If you're recovering from disordered eating or an eating disorder, what is appropriate for you may also need to be guided by a qualified professional who understands your individual circumstances. #wieiad #whatieatinaday #foodfreedom #nutritioncoach #nutrition
