A school was in the wrong and did I act sooner? Then, I should have, but oh, when the parents are involved, they fucking listen, though or when there's a lawsuit that they listen or when a lot of parents are furious with the school, they listen, it's really tiring, really.

nope mother's acted properly. the school failed. this happened to my daughter with some other things and she handled it by going through everyone's bins tool she found her stuff

Make the girl return it It does not belong to her. The. Mother could have just taken the food out and give it to the girl then take her lunch box

She could have put the food in something else and let the other kid at least eat but no, you do not get rewarded for being a thief so on the other hand, dump the food in the garbage let the teacher buy the girl a school lunch. It's no big deal, right
