The happiest 9 minutes of my day… ❤️ People often ask why I never miss this routine. The answer isn’t just because of what it’s done for my body… It’s because of what it’s done for my mind. For 9 minutes every morning, I move my body, practise gratitude, shake away any negativity I’m carrying, and visualise a positive day ahead. Honestly, it’s done more for my mental health than my physical health… and that’s saying something. I started this account over a year ago doing 100 push-ups every day. That turned into 100+ burpees a day. Alongside heavy gym sessions and a physical job, I eventually wrecked my shoulders. That’s when I came across Michael Holland’s movement routine and thought I’d give it a go. Not only have I gone from waking up every morning with shoulder pain to waking up pain-free, but I also feel mentally lighter, more positive, and more optimistic every single day. Just to be clear… I’m not a psychologist. I’m not a doctor. I’m not an exercise professional. I’m a window cleaner who was overweight a year ago and decided to start documenting my daily movement. If these 9 minutes can help me feel this much better, maybe they’re worth a try for you too. Join in with me: ⏱️ Do each movement for 60 seconds. When the video loops, move on to the next exercise. ✅ Lymphatic Hops ✅ Body Waves ✅ Trunk Twists ✅ Arm Swings ✅ Dead Arms ✅ Golf Swings ✅ Marches ✅ Ballet Squats ✅ Horseback Stance 💾 Save this video so you can come back to it tomorrow. 👇 Comment “DONE” if you joined in, let me know what day you’re on, and if you know someone who could use a little more positivity or movement in their life, share this with them. You never know whose day you might change. ❤️
