If she’s truly not a nurse she can be charged for that as well. 4 years of no registration and insurance is insane . If she’s a nurse then does she not renew her license every two years? As well as behaving in such manner can cause her to haver her nursing license revoked or suspended pending further investigation…. She just made it soo much worse for herself

My opinion.. when a person flees from a traffic stop there should be no bond. The person has shown that they are a flight risk and should remain in jail until the date they are sentenced.
