Good powerful words. Having another tough night with sleep. Woke up at 2am it's now 3:30. I used to try and use a scenario. When I would be down in a hole I would try and get out if. I would little by little stick my head out until I was almost out. Then someone would keep pushing me back down until I could no longer stick my head out. Or, if you drop a glass once it breaks in 3 pieces, chances are, you can fix it. you drop that same glass again, it now shatters into too many pieces that you are unable to fix it. With your positive words of advice it gives us hope that there is good to still come. I just have to keep trying to persevere. Thank you 😊 🙏
