@emcombsfitness: In absolute awe of this amazing woman. She kindly gave me permission to share her story and I hope it’s one that inspires you and puts things into perspective. This is a client journey I will never forget and her strength, resilience and dedication is something to be admired. She juggles work, solo parenting her 4 children, nailed her meal prep, showed up and communicated. Fast forward, 3 months later as an UPDATE SHE IS 10KG down, got a big thumbs up from her neurologist and we have just started her exit strategy because she got what she needed from me. As a coach, my primary job is education. It’s not to have someone reliant on me or meal plans forever it’s about giving them the tools to live their life and succeed without just another diet.
