And there’s another little detail about how VAT is calculated that I think might surprise a few people too… 🤯 With everything we’ve seen in the energy industry this year, particularly the huge spikes in heating oil prices, it certainly gave me some food for thought about how we protect elderly and vulnerable households when energy prices suddenly soar.
