I think the tunnels would be terrifying if D-Zero was instead a mask of fully decayed flesh, tall, pitch black, and huge claws. The claws would be visible around corners occasionally and withdraw upon you look at them. When you catch it standing in the wild. It will stare and stand perfectly still in the motion it was in. Then charge at you at random moments of staring. If you hide in keycard holding rooms with the door closed. It will slowly open the door with it's claws. If you are body blocking the door, it will punch a hole through it and pull you through. I have mroe features, but I'm tired.

I figured it out, It appears only once when you open at least 2-3 rooms with no keycards in them Btw this fella is kinda helpful He highlights the keycard that you need to get.
