All shafts must be locked in position, while the camshaft and high-pressure fuel pump sprockets remain loosened so they can move during the tensioning process. • Only after the belt has been correctly tensioned are the sprockets finally tightened. Шестерня распредвала не правильно выставлена. По мануалу перед установкой ремня шестерню нужно провернуть в крайнее положение по часовой стрелке. И потом устанавливать ремень.
