no the aint. the pumps have to be certified. if it is off you tell the clerk and every pump has the states number for weights and measurements

Actually checked 12 to 24 months by enforcement agencies, more othen by service techs, employees generally don't have the skills to calibrate or alter pumps

they have been checking the pump for years that's what the sticker and the date usually says that's not supposed to be broken
