@calcookz: I decided to host the last bbq of the summer for my mates👀☀️ Now very unfortunately summer is coming to an end so it’s time to commemorate it with an Afro-Fusion dinner party. This bbq was certainly a lot smaller than the previous one but still went down a treat!! Everything I made: - Red pepper and suya chicken, green scotch bonnet sauce - Lamb sosaties, curry yoghurt, pickled mango - Roasted cauliflower, whipped feta, chermoula dressing - Paneer skewers, chermoula dressing - Grilled courgette, lemon vinaigrette - Waakye - Whipped feta + kelewele tart - Ice cream stuffed puff puff #bbq#cookingtok#AfricanFood#nigerianfood#cookingformates
