This happened to me today. They wanted me to train the person who took my blessing because I wasn’t fit for the job. Yet! I need to train bro to tell me what to do! I quit and 30 mins later I got a hella raise and less work from another job 🤷🏽♂️

experianced exactly this. when you get passed up for a permotion by someone less qualified, it makes the position worthless. because if theyre willing you give it to an idiot, 🤷♂️its not worth your time and neither are they.
