We are on FaceTime all the time lol but seriously unless I am working (he is a truck driver he can talk all day) we are on FaceTime for the most part it helps to have him feel like he’s a part of our everyday activities

We text and message during the day and we make a phone call at night. We schedule FaceTime “dates” so we can ensure that we dedicate that time to each other. It just depends on work. I work during the days, he works mostly at nights. I wish we could FaceTime more often but it’s just not possible. Regardless you both have to be willing to put in the work a ldr requires.

i live in England and my partner is in the United States. we message all day and video call at least 2 or 3 times a day. we talk more at the weekend as not working and the 5 hour time difference is not much of a problem like it is in the week.
