@wellbalancedwithbrooke: Nah, I am NEVER afraid to ask for help. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Needing support doesn’t mean you failed. If you had an issue with your car, you’d take it to a mechanic. If you were sick, you’d go to the doctor. If you’re trying to improve your lifestyle, lose weight, learn how to better manage your blood sugar, etc - consider working with a nutrition professional (hey girl, hey) It’s not about needing more discipline, motivation, or being able to “figure it out” on your own. Don’t keep white knuckling it. Doing the same sh*t week in and out to only end up right back where you started (or maybe further back). Maybe you need someone to help you get out of a rut. Change your patterns & give you an approach that actually works. To help you get out of your own head & your own way. Also, to be by your side, giving you the accountability you need. Asking for help means: - You’re done confusing suffering with progress - You’re ready for a plan build around your life, not a generic template - You know sustainable change isn’t a solo sport - You’re choosing support over shame If you’ve been quietly waiting to ask for help, here’s your sign. You’re ready. By the way, if I take your health insurance, you and I could likely work together for free! Message me directly or click the link on my bio which will bring you to my website where you can submit a form. I’ll be in touch🫶🤝🥰
