Went in to work Tuesday, finally voiced how I felt with the staff, my position as a manager (I'm the only manager) to my boss (The Director) who never has my back with anything. Told her how I was really contemplating putting my notice in when we came back after the holiday. The next day I come in and I get fired. Pretty sure my boss contacted the owner told her what said and she said just get rid of her. Now I cant use this 3 year job as a reference. Jokes on you guys. Ive had the best week my husband and spending time with God. Getting fired was a blessing in disguise. God did for me what I maybe wouldn't have done for myself. Quit my job. Now im away from that toxicity and can be happy again. Im excited about my future. Thank you God ❤️
