@allison_d_k: Parenting is hard. Some days it’s beautiful and peaceful and other days it’s correction, messes, big feelings, short tempers and wondering if you’re doing any of this right. 😅 But Psalm 127-128 reminds me that these children aren’t an interruption to my life, they are a blessing from the Lord. 🤍 The sleepless nights. The laundry. The questions. The discipline. The chaos. The little arms around my neck. The “Mommy, watch this!” for the 47th time. 😂 It’s all part of the gift. God never promised parenting would be easy. He promised that children are a heritage from Him. So when I’m overwhelmed, I’m choosing to remember: this is hard, but it is holy. This is exhausting, but it is a blessing. Lord, help me not wish away the very days I once prayed for. 🤍 “Children are a gift from the Lord.” Psalm 127:3
