The alarm indicated a failure or abnormal signal from the urea dosing system, requiring inspection of the associated flow measurement and electrical signal circuit. Conducted systematic checks of the urea dosing unit, urea flow sensor, associated wiring, connectors, power supply, signal circuit, and control system indications. Verified the condition of the flow sensor and checked the electrical signal output to determine the source of the failure. Measured and verified the flow sensor output signal and identified an abnormal 4–20 mA signal, indicating an incorrect feedback signal from the urea volume flow sensor to the SCR control system. Further inspection and troubleshooting were carried out on the sensor signal circuit and associated connections. The affected condition was rectified, followed by functional testing of the urea dosing system and verification of the sensor feedback signal. After restoration, monitored the SCR system indications, urea dosing operation, flow feedback, and alarm status to confirm proper operation. The Urea Volume Flow Failure alarm was cleared and remained normal during testing.
