@abc7chicago: New York City Fire Department (FDNY) officials observed a moment of silence during the FDNY World Trade Center Memorial Service on Staten Island on Wednesday, Sept. 9, as fireboat crew carried out a “water salute” in the harbor behind them. The event was held at the Staten Island September 11th Memorial - also known as the Postcards Memorial - which is located on the waterfront in St George, across from downtown Manhattan.
