I have to tell them all the time they rip bags open from our side charity shops an go through them im ok if they take clothes my argument is they leave them spread all over the place so the items are no good by the time the charity shop opens an then it all goes into to bins,it disgusting they think they can just told out of collection bins thats just blanted theft
