@traciebeer: Every year I come back to this photograph. At the time, it was simply an ad of me running across the Brooklyn Bridge, with the Twin Towers quietly standing in the background. I could never have imagined that one day those buildings and this photograph would carry so much meaning. Twenty-five years later, I still look at it with a mixture of disbelief, sadness and gratitude. A reminder of a New York that lives so vividly in my memory, and of all the lives forever changed on September 11th. Remembering those we lost, the families who still carry that loss, and a city that will always have a piece of my heart.
