@angelicatarotofficial: Astronomically speaking this is a New Moon in Leo ♌️ A Poem for The Woman Who Survived I honor the woman who learned to sleep with one eye open, who heard danger in every silence and memorized the nearest exit. She was not difficult. She was surviving. She sharpened her instincts, built walls from broken promises, and carried courage where peace should have been. She protected me when survival was my only language. She became the shield I did not know I would need. But I do not live there anymore. The danger has passed, even when my body forgets. The door is locked. The storm is behind me. I am allowed to exhale now. So I take her trembling hands and thank her for bringing me here. I keep her wisdom. I keep her strength. I keep the fire that refused to die. But I release the fear she carried in her bones. She no longer has to fight every shadow approaching. She no longer has to mistake peace for the quiet before a storm. I give her a home within me where no one is coming to hurt her, where tenderness is not a trap and rest does not require permission. I no longer live where survival is my only choice. I live where my heart can soften. I live where my spirit can breathe. I live where safety is sacred, peace is possible, and freedom belongs to me. The woman who survived may finally lay down her armor. The woman I am becoming will carry her forward— not as a wound, but as a witness to how far we have come. Angelica Tarot 🌙 #newmoon #moon #Leo

Jellycat cake recipe 🍰🍓 ✨Vanilla Cake✨ Ingredients * 2 cups all-purpose flour * 2½ tsp baking powder * ¼ tsp salt * 4 large eggs, room temperature * 1½ cups granulated sugar * ½ cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces * 1 cup whole milk * 1 tbsp vanilla extract * 3 tsp vegetable or canola oil Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 6-inch cake pans with butter & flour. 2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, & salt. Set aside. 3. Beat the eggs for 30 seconds, then slowly add the sugar. Beat on high for about 7 minutes, or until tripled in volume and pale in color. 4. While the eggs are whipping, heat the butter and milk together until the butter is melted. Stir in the vanilla and oil. 5. Add the flour mixture to the whipped eggs in 3 batches, mixing briefly between each addition. Stop mixing as soon as the flour is incorporated. 6. Add about 1½ cups of the cake batter to the warm milk mixture and whisk until smooth. 7. Slowly pour the milk mixture into the cake batter while mixing on low. Scrape the bowl and mix just until smooth. 8. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and gently tap the pans on the counter a few times to remove large air bubbles. 9. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 10. Cool in the pans for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a cooling rack and cool completely before frosting. 🤍Vanilla Buttercream Ingredients * 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature * 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted * ½ tsp salt * 1 tbsp vanilla extract * 3–5 tbsp heavy cream, room temperature Instructions 1. Beat butter and salt on medium-high for about 5 minutes, scraping down the bowl halfway through. 2. Reduce mixer to low and gradually add powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time. Add 2–3 tbsp of cream throughout as you mix. 3. Add vanilla and mix until combined. 4. Once all the sugar is incorporated, mix on medium-low for 1 minute until light and fluffy. 5. Add additional cream, 1 tsp at a time, until you reach your desired consistency for spreading or piping. 6. If the buttercream becomes airy while decorating, mix briefly on low or stir by hand with a spatula to smooth it out. ✨Decorating * Reserve some buttercream and mix with cocoa powder and a little extra heavy cream to make the brown buttercream for the legs. * Pipe the brown buttercream onto the plate to create the legs. * Tint a small amount of buttercream with black food coloring and use it to pipe the eyes and smile. * Decorate the top with buttercream dollops and fresh strawberries. 💡Tips * Since this cake isn’t covered completely in buttercream, the exposed cake can dry out more quickly. I recommend waiting until as close to serving time as possible to assemble and decorate the cake. * If you need to make the cake layers ahead of time, wrap them tightly and keep them covered until you’re ready to assemble. * Keep the assembled cake covered until serving to help prevent the exposed cake from drying out. #jellycat #cake #jellycatcake #baking #fyp
