You gotta be kidding me is there anyway you can start a petition and we all can sign it. Drunk driving should automatically be a jail sentence of manslaughter if the person is unalived. I'm so very sorry for your loss I believe you can make the petition at change.org And we have to call our mayor,governor any person in power that can help you change the laws in CT
