It makes no sense not to release it on EUW. The reasoning behind it makes absolutely no sense. Around 90% of the player base there speaks and writes English anyway, if not even more. English is mainly spoken there, and in voice chat, pretty much everyone would speak English as well. It’s honestly just a dumb excuse that doesn’t make any sense.

Literally i have played a variety of competitive games that have voice chat with more than a 100/200 hours in each i have NEVER heard someone genuinely be toxic in voice comms. This will fix league i sweat. The most toxic place in all of gaming is league team chat or league dm
