@azelafart: On Sunday, September 6, 2026, Prime Air Flight 7598—a Boeing 767-300 freighter operated by 21 Air for Amazon Prime Air—was arriving at Miami International Airport from San Juan, Puerto Rico, when it landed far too fast on Runway 30, overran the runway by roughly 1,300 feet, crashed through the perimeter fence, struck two vehicles on the ground, and immediately caught fire. The first officer had repeatedly warned the captain they were moving too quickly on approach, but proper deceleration systems were never deployed, and a late attempt to abort the landing came too late to stop the aircraft. Tragically, five ground crew members lost their lives in the collision, while both pilots survived with injuries; the NTSB has recovered the flight data and cockpit recorders and is now investigating the full circumstances behind the accident. #miamiinternationalairport #planes #aviation #Planecrash #primeair767
