#Aiciastat moșierul vizionar Barbu Drugă, aici la Cetate, pe malul Dunării, la Cetate. Conacul a fost ridicat în 1875 și modificat la începutul secolului XX în stil Art Deco cu influențe ale vilelor italienești. Tot domeniul, anexele, moara, conacul au fost naționalizate de comuniști. Din fericire au fost recuperate și salvate după 2000 de Joana Grevers, moștenitoarea familiei. Astăzi conacul revitalizat al lui Barbu Drugă, afacerist și exportator de cereale din secolul XIX, respiră din nou viață prin arta contemporană. Găzduit de Galeria 418, primul spațiu rural de artă contemporană din România, domeniul conacului a devenit un atelier de creație și un muzeu în aer liber, unde sculpturi, picturi și instalații își găsesc locul printre vechile clădiri și natura sălbatică a grădinii. Fundația Joana Grevers a inițiat vara rezidențelor „Cetate Arts Danube” în 2008, un laborator cultural ce reunește artiști care modelează prezentul în acord cu trecutul. #mansion #domain #art
