Yup 🥲 My Dad (and sister) gave me the confidence to go back. My dad said he couldn’t wait to come to my graduation and hyped me up. I’d call him all hours of the day to crash out…Then he died on Thanksgiving Day while I was fighting for my life in advanced patho in my second year 🫠 (2/5 yrs part-time dnp/fnp). Now I get to struggle with grief these last 3 years all while I’m a mom to two littles (6, 10), dog mom of 2, soccer mom, primary caretaker of the kids, work at the hospital, and have crashed out and picked up an obsession with running ontop of my love for CrossFit 🙃

At 34 got bored. Picked NP school. 1yr in I got pregnant after 7 years of infertility naturally. I'm currently in clinicals now with a 10 month old. The struggle is real! Some days I'm confident in my choice other days I want to quit. I also work full time. I don't get any days off. I graduate in 2027.
