So I went in for the first time in my LIFE. Absolutely terrified. There was an associate who must have smelled the fear, or maybe the fact that I was about to catch fire. This girl took me by the hand, sat me down, and got me everything I needed. I left with products, sure but I left with education and confidence. I never called a corporate office so fast to tell on someone. The girl completely changed my life and I think of her often when I see your sketches.
