Nigeria have the cheapest data in the whole of Africa. the reason is MTN don't have monopoly in Nigeria unlike other African countries they operate in. And Nigeria government have more Negotiating leverage morethan MTN. no matter what Nigeria government tell MTN, they will find a way to comply because MTN can't afford to loose Nigeria market population because Nigeria is their biggest market. Cameroon have no Negotiating power over MTN unlike Nigeria. MTN can leave Cameroon without feeling any lose. but they can't afford to leave Nigeria market because is their biggest market.
