I can't and won't judge this situation because I can see both sides so clearly and understand both. Would I have a child merely for the reason to offer things to keep my other child alive? I think I'd say no, but I can't even imagine hearing the words "your child is sick, they may not live long" let alone make any sort of decision like that.
