Try this and let me know what you think! I recommend this at least once every week for 4-6 weeks when starting off. If you have any questions I’ll try my best to address them. Deep conditioning rice hair mask Instructions: * 3/4 cup of white rice (balsamic rice preferred) * Wash the rice and let it sit and ferment for 8 hours minimum * After fermented rinse it again and cook * Let rice cool off after cooking and then put in food processor/blender if the rice is too thick add some water (I recommend coconut water) * After blending you should strain the rice really well into a bowl. You want to avoid rice grain residue in your mixture * Add 1 tablespoon of honey (you can add a bit more if you choose but not much) and mix well * Add 1 tablespoon of oil of your choice and mix well (if you have seborrheic dermatitis or dandruff I’d advise against coconut oil) * Transfer to a container and let sit for about 20 minutes * Apply to your hair and massage to it reaches scalp. Let sit for 20 minutes before washing off.
