That officer should have been fired. Falsifying information and going against the First Amendment. She should also never be allowed to work in-law enforcement again. Any law officer that misquotes the law trans to manipulate the amendments to fit. What they wanted to fetch should automatically be. Terminated, and never be able to work in law. Enforcement again
