Yall sometimes they just need their blinds down or phone on the caddy, it isn’t always a life threatening call bell. N as a yr of being a CNA I will kms if I’m the only one running getting bells. The amount of times I’m left with 4-7 residents untouched bc I’m too busy helping around is crazy.

Wait can I have a nurses perspective. 2 weeks ago I had a spine surgery, they wanted me walking but I couldn’t get up on my own so every 2 hours (I have a very active bladder) I pressed the call button to pee even at night. I felt so bad pls tell me they didn’t hate me
