The Greek word plēroō (fulfill) in its most literal use means to ‘fully fill’, as in to fully fill a jar to the top. However it can have many other meanings based on the context, on the subject that’s being fulfilled. When the subject is a prophesy, it means that the prediction made in the prophesy has come to pass. In the case of military service, it means to complete your military obligations. But the context of Jesus fulfilling the law, is the law. And we have a large volume of textual examples of how plēroō was used in the context of law from the time period. And in every single usage of plēroō in the context of law, it means to fully obey the law. There is no other meaning in any text written in Greek for plēroō in the context of law. So a more correct translation would be that Jesus stated he didn’t come to abolish the law, but to fully obey it

The issue is even we as Muslims know that and we can comprehend text, passages and parables but Christians are unable to understand the meaning, context or even the big contradiction between Jesus’s teaching and Pauline Christianity. Paul rejected his old life calling it "rubbish", "dung", or "shit". This is one obvious sign of what we today call a "Christ awakening". Paul also documents other significant traits of this experience: non-dualism, reduced ego and fear, increased compassion, unconditional love, unity awareness, inward focus, etc. When he heard followers had seen Jesus after his death, he thought they also had experienced the same thing. Boy, was he disappointed. He soon realized the followers just had a mass hysteria event about a reanimated corpse. No one showed the traits of a "Christ awakening". What Paul describes his letters on the resurrection of Jesus is spiritual body" (soma pneumatikon). He writes that "flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God." Paul saw the Mosaic law as it would structurally activate ego and sin. And since he had rejected his old life saw no meaning following it. The Gospels are fictional. Agree with assessment of Matthew, but there is a contradiction in the text. Jesus refers to Leviticus 24:19-21 (as well as texts in Exodus & Deuteronomy), which requires proportional justice, but Jesus does NOT amplify that proportional justice, but in this case negates it by saying NOT to seek proportional justice…thus Jesus himself is teaching others to “disregard even the least of the Laws”.

Jesus ended Torah as a covenantal system, but not by destroying it. He ended it by fulfilling it, completing its purpose, and replacing it with the New Covenant. Torah remains scripture, prophecy, and wisdom, but it no longer functions as the binding covenant for God’s people.

For example Jesus forgives sins without sacrifice requirement ,… Jesus calls himself the Lord of Sabbath, Jesus makes all foods clean ! So Jesus in Matthew goes many times against the Torah ! If Jesus is greater than the Temple, the Temple is obsolete!
