Makes me cry every year ! I was in 10th grade when this happened 15 years old and now 40 and still cry. I hate what happened to all those in the planes and buildings. Pentagon and world trade centers. To think it’s a normal business day and your life changes forever. Even if you survived. But to the ones trapped above gets me eveytime. May they all rest in peace.

Never forget. I was 15 and watched this live while I sat in my classroom. I still cry…as a mom now this even hits harder…I cannot imagine the fear they all felt in the planes and in the buildings. People that weren’t alive for this will never understand that this forever changed us…forever changed our country and our world. There was a time before 9/11 and a time after. Rest in peace. We will never forget. We think of you always. 🤍

My parents friends which involved 3, left the north tower right before it was hit. And later as they helped some people from the first floor, they were told to leave with everyone else by the first responders and literally only a couple yards in front and beside them, the people who jumped from the towers landed and this is what they said about it. “After we saw one body hit the ground, that put the fear of god right in us, and when we looked up two more people jumped, so we ran and never looked back.” They also said that it made them physically sick to even think about that and the tragedy of that day.

there was a Original 10-planes concept during the planning of the attacks, the potential targets were: World Trade Center, Pentagon, White House, Capitol, CIA and FBI headquarters, a nuclear facility, and the tallest buildings in California and Washington State. The concept was later scaled down and substantially revised into the attacks on 9/11
