@mcgillivraymotors: Showing the more in depth analysis of our Front Wing FEA results now! Below is more information: Inner Material - 7075-T6 Aluminum Outer Skin - Carbon Fibre Weight - 8.83 kg Inn shell max - 300 MPa (Max is ~530 MPa) Inner FOS: 1.5 Outer shell - 190 MPa (Max is ~550 MPa) Outer FOS - 2.9 Displacement - 14.87 mm Unable to do fatigue, buckling, and frequency testing as we don’t have that available with our software package. So we will likely keep it at this until that time comes. One concern for this, is the displacement of the wing tips, and will likely have to improve the design to reduce that deflection. Other than that, quite happy with the progress 😎 #McGillivrayMotors #Mjolnir
