@ryanh083: BRIGHT SUN + CLEAR WATER: WHAT TO THROW ALL DAY Clear water gives bass more time to inspect a lure. Use natural colors, make longer casts and let changing light determine how aggressive your presentation should be. MORNING — Start with a ghost-shad or bone walking topwater during the first two hours after sunrise. Cover flats, points and shallow cover before direct sunlight becomes intense. A natural-shad jerkbait is an excellent backup. MIDDAY — Use a green-pumpkin or morning-dawn drop shot. Keep the weight on the bottom while allowing the worm to move subtly above it. Target shade, suspended fish, grass edges and deeper structure. A watermelon-red Ned rig provides a compact alternative. EVENING — Swim a translucent or pearl paddle tail as the light falls. Match its size to the visible forage and keep it moving naturally. Return to a bone walking bait if surface feeding develops. NIGHT — Color detail becomes less important than silhouette. Use a black buzzbait around shallow cover and feeding flats. A black or dark-purple worm is the quieter backup. Natural colors help during daylight, but presentation distance and accuracy matter just as much. Avoid overpowering clear-water fish unless they demonstrate that they want speed or disturbance. #BassFishing #fishtok #fishinglife #fishing #angler
