Today I had a 9 dirty pan in one hand, and used Saran wrap in the other. I had to stop myself from putting the 9 pan in the trash and the Saran wrap in the dish pit 😂

Went into a shift with no sleep half way though the shift Had a tray with a board that had cooked salmon on a metal tray took it out of a 350 degree oven with tounges dropped the tray and tried to catch it lets say the burns all over my arm taught me a lesson 🤣

2 hours of sleep mid rush got 2 veggie hotdogs on order we warm them up and put them under the grill to get some colour, put them up on a different grill because mine was full, ten minutes later get asked where they are, chef thinks im crazy because im looking everywhere for them and the knobheads next to that other grill just let them burn to a crisp. Got offered to go full time that same day tho

Keep the scraps, dump the stock. Forget to shut the fryer drain before refilling. Takes 15 liters to realise your feet are greasy. That stuffs pricey AF!!!

Strained a whole pan of lamb jus into a cambro in the sink, looked up and see the intended cambro sitting 15 feet away. 2.5 hours sleep, new job, second day.
