Get the Neilmed sinus rinse from boots. Expensive but worth it clears you all out and loosens mucus that won’t budge. Does feel weird but need to peruse it for it to work

this happened to me and I was deficient in vitamin B ( can't remember which one), I can breathe clear through my nose after a lifetime of sinusitis!
also sudafed and the nose sprays decrease the vitamin you need, which is madness 💕

I suffer with Rhinitis, and ENT recommended Sterimar nasal spray and it's been a GAME changer. You can use it as often as you need, steroid sprays make you more reliant on them.

Put a hot water bottle on your cheeks/ears (not super hot) and I find that helps with pressure release for me

Hope these helps it’s helped my and my nan for years, good luck, hope u feel better soon! 🫶

Babe, you/your nose is now addicted to the spray. You need to detox from it. I found using oral decongestant helped while my nose recovered. But you just have to stop the spray and ride it out

I took Sudafed for 3 years, I’ve survived but yes you can get addicted and it can give you rebound congestion. I had polyps needed steroids. X
