I understand what you're saying about convenience. However, it would be just as convenient to use fresh . Oats that aren't loaded with sodium and sugar. An add, your own cinnamon and brown sugar In there. and it would be cheaper to buy a bag of Oates, as opposed to paying for the convenience of those little packages.
