Your biggest risk right now is the movement is right around your kitchen and bathroom plumbing that goes through the foundation. This can and will cracks the pipes which will then exponentially exacerbate the issue and Lennar will try to say that broken plumbing is what causes the foundation movement. Have a plumber come do a hydrostatic pressure test and/or a fiber optic camera scope to check for leaks.

I just saw another video with a Lenir home and his is also splitting he has a brick exterior with a HUGE gap/crack all the way up. He is also being told it’s only cosmetic.

This is a very serious and potentially very expensive problem. I would strongly recommend you get an independent engineer in addition to the builder engineer. Unfortunately I’m guessing you’ll need to litigate a resolution

The tile cracking is not normal. Hire a lawyer NOW because they are trying to kick the can down the road till the warranty is expired. You have a battle so gear up NOW.

I'm sure this engineering company is either some division of Lenar or they've got each other's back because they give business.

I don’t think anyone who works for them actually knows what they are doing! 😡 Our house has holes and it’s a year old, bugs get in everywhere

He's talking in circles because he either doesn't understand the problem, or doesn't want to admit it. Concrete cracks aren't seasonal. 😳

As a Genral Contractor, hire a Structural engineer, and an attourny. You will win.

You might want to get your OWN engineer to do an inspection and report.

I rent a Lennar home and some tiles popped up and are bowing. They did try to insinuate that it’s because the bushes in the yard are a little overgrown. 😳

These videos are blowing my mind. My house was built in 1903. Homes less than 10 years old should not be having structural issues that I don't even have in over a 100 year old home
