@cbsmornings: Lindsay Clancy's lawyer, Kevin Reddington, on Thursday filed a motion for the mistrial to be thrown out and for Clancy to be acquitted in the case. Paula Devlin, a juror in the murder trial, said she was not in favor of the case being thrown out, even though she thinks Clancy was not guilty by reason of insanity.
