So dumb. 120/80 it’s just a number they pick in the middle. Someone who is a female 100lbs and a man who is 6 5” 250lbs should not have the same pressure. It’s crazy and so outdated 😂

Why is 120/80 the standard? Who set that to be golden big pharma to sell you more pills. I personally don’t by into it and how I feel, blood would matters most for me cause in this enhanced world we should know everyone is different. There’s so many variables that factor in

It’s not perfect. Dunno why an ICU RN would even say that given how type A they are. Not treatable in an emergency situation, sure. But that pressure over time in the context of AAS is a recipe for LVH. Even I know that as your friendly neighborhood knuckle dragging ER Nurse on gear.
