@crimenightly: 📍 United States 🇺🇸 Deputies respond to a tense situation after a homeowner reports that a woman has repeatedly come onto the property and refuses to leave. The homeowner explains that the woman previously dated her son, but they are no longer together. She says she does not want the woman on her property and claims she has been asked to leave multiple times. As officers speak with the woman, they repeatedly ask for her name and identification while explaining that she still needs to leave the property. The homeowner emphasizes that she does not necessarily want the woman arrested—she simply wants her to understand that she is no longer welcome there. An officer explains that the woman has two choices: cooperate with the deputies or potentially face arrest. The situation remains tense as officers try to resolve the dispute without making the situation worse. What do you think—should repeated refusal to leave someone's property result in an arrest? #Police #Bodycam #Trespassing #PoliceEncounter #LawEnforcement #Crime #USA

I've seen this before a long time ago. What got me the most? Is the fact that she kept staring at her phone for I don't know what reason I don't know what she was staring at or who she was talking to or what, but the way she pulled herself out of the situation like she's not even there, like she's just watching somebody else. Going through it
