I'm forever grateful for my doctor and pharmacist. I have a whole video on the doctors to look for but of course that video has barely any views. it's crazy. I also use a small local pharmacy that definitely caters to the 45+ community so they always have my meds in stock.

Recently I was hospitalized and had to have blood transfusion due to huge fibroids running a muck. ! Now I’m. 44 and don’t have children and everything I’m reading about surgery and solutions are all surrounded around me having kids. ….how bout just My quality of life for ME!!! ??

I’m 55, our mothers didn’t have a chance that’s why we don’t know much about it. I’m fighting for my life against these hot flashes and the meds aren’t covered, but Viagra and Cialis is. 😏

it's the quiet part they don't say with their forced birth push - they only see us as incubators. even my ob/gyn blew off my perimenopausal concerns and said "we don't really test for that." ma'am, you're the one *who should*.

Thanks for speaking out about this from this particular pov! A lot of us feel unseen and under cared for medically and mentally! It’s exhausting searching for information and trying to cobble together a plan that will help a little bit. Keep ranting friend! It’s something we want to hear.

ill spill the beans here and im a little embarrassed bc im not selfish but this is what im thinking when I see so many things talk about young moms. OK most of the world and videos talk about women who are mothers and how stressed out they are and tired and do all this and that plus ebt mainly cares about u if u have kids. BUT.....BUT...IM 56 I HAVE DONE RAISED ALL MY KIDS SO NOW IM OLDER AND IM MORE TIRED. when im young and have kids I have all that energy but now im tired as heck. I have pets and I have a child husband who can't help me with nothing. can't, won't whatever. but im working less because my body is tired and hurting, im in depression bc kids have their own life, parents and grandparents are gone, im lonely and again husband pays me no attention except insults. so im tired, depressed, poor, run down mentally and physically but I dont have kids at home so I dont matter. AM I MAKING SENSE ? BUT IM STILL HUNGRY. im still tired even more now. I do work just not as much. so everyone thinks I dont need help. really ! I NEED IT MORE THAN EVER. does anyone know ow what im saying ??? but I dont have little kids....so I dont matter !!!

Although women have come a long way in regards to employment, when it comes to healthcare…..not so much! Our country very much only cares about extracting what they want from us via reproduction or services. It’s sad but we must continue to fight for change!
